Mrs. Courtemanche graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She is a nationally certified athletic trainer and a licensed healthcare provider in the state of Maryland. She earned her Master of Arts in Teaching degree (Biology 7-12) from Loyola University of Maryland.
Mrs. Courtemanche has been teaching since 2003. She came to MCPS in 2017 from the private high school setting where she taught Conceptual Physics, Anatomy & Physiology, Sports Medicine, and First Aid & Safety courses.
